REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/CREDITS:
We offer a full refund, exchange, or credit of the purchase price of any of our products(unless otherwise noted, no exceptions) if you aren't 100% satisfied with the goods. In order to complete a return, exchange, or credit these steps MUST be followed:
*Go-Kat-Go must be notified of the reason for a return, exchange, or credit within 7-10 days(US purchase) or 18 days(International purchase) from original purchase date via email or by phone. Please refer to your order number when emailing for faster service.
*Items must be returned in UNUSED/UNWORN condition(including hubcaps) as determined by us within 5-7 days of notification before a refund, exchange, or credit will be given. Items must include original packaging and/or hang tags. No used, worn, washed, or damaged items will be accepted as a return. Returned items must include the order number.
*Please note that we do not offer any warranties or guarantees on any of our products.
*Shipping costs are ALWAYS NON-refundable, unless we made a mistake. In an exchange, the customer is responsible for payment of all shipping fees. We DO NOT issue return labels.
*ALL sales are FINAL on INTERNATIONAL orders. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE PLACED AT YOUR OWN RISK.
*Refunds will only be given in the form of the original payment.
*A return WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for a refund, exchange, or credit if any of these steps are not taken. There will be NO exceptions. If you have any questions about this refund policy, please ask them before ordering.
