ORDERING:
When you place your order, you must provide your current and valid contact information. We will cancel orders which contain invalid or bogus e-mail addresses and/or phone numbers. As we verify all orders, you must also provide your correct billing address, which matches the billing address for your credit card. If this address does not match, you will be emailed. After one email with no response, your order will be cancelled.
STOCK AVAILABILITY:
All items on the site are usually in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted. Since we are also a brick and mortar store, we sometimes run out of product before it is marked out on the site. If you order an item that we are out of, we will automatically ship the other items on the order that are available or, if no items are available, you will be notified by email. Please note...we are an extremely small operation so it may take us a few days to email back to you regarding stock, questions, etc.
SHIPPING:
All orders are generally processed and ship from our store within 7-10 working days unless noted otherwise. All orders, unless requested or noted otherwise, are shipped priority by the United States Postal Service and take 1-4 days for delivery. Please inform us of any special shipping requests including any instructions regarding items intended as gifts. Unless otherwise requested, items will be shipped with Go-Kat-Go as the return address. Sorry, we DO NOT offer gift wrapping or any special gift messages.
QUANTITY ORDERS:
We are happy to accomodate orders of large quantities but please be aware that we may have to special order the quantity you need which means delivery may be delayed anywhere from 1-6 weeks from the order date. We will notify you by email if this is the case. We do require a pre-payment of 100% of the total on all quantity orders. Also, please note that all sales are final on these special orders.
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING:
As we know that many of our items are purchased for gifts in December, we start shipping more frequently but again, please remember that there are only two of us to email, process, pack, and ship orders so your patience is appreciated. Although USPS gives an approximate delivery time for packages, please note that this is only an approximation and NOT a guarantee. Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances that may arise on their end and beyond their control. It is your responsibility to order on time. We cannot and will not take the stress and responsibility of rushed, last minute orders on your part. Please note: If you order an item that is out of stock, we will automatically ship the other items on the order that are available or, if no items are available, you will be notified by email. Also, to avoid any unnecessary delays, please make sure you provide your current email with your order so we may contact you promptly with any problems or questions. This is our busiest time of the year and we will only use email to contact you. If no response is given after one email is sent, your order will be cancelled. Please note: We DO NOT offer gift wrapping or gift cards at this time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE PLACED AT YOUR OWN RISK.
All International orders take about 1 to 2 weeks to process due to credit card address verification procedures. If the bill to address does not get verified, the order will be cancelled. International orders ship via First Class International, unless requested otherwise, and take approximately 14-20 days (approximation only, NOT guaranteed) to arrive. We now have a shipping cost minimum of $8.00. Please note: ALL non-US customers are responsible for the following:
1. being aware of shipping costs and/or getting a quote before placing an order if not aware. All quotes are approximates.
2. being aware of and responsible for upholding his/her's country's laws, regulations, and expenses related to customs, duties, and taxes. Once order is shipped, customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges, and/or fees if order is refused or sent back to us for any reason.
3. informing us of any special shipping requests.
4. co-operating when asked for any additional information concerning an order. Any suspicious or seemingly fraudulent orders will not be shipped.
5. being aware that exact shipping will be charged to the credit card after the item is shipped. This will be reflected on the card statement as a second charge from Go-Kat-Go.
6. asking any questions concerning ordering and/or shipping before placing an order.
7. being aware that all International sales are final. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping and/or going through Customs. Please note that International orders may take longer to arrive due to delays at Customs.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only ship to the billing address of the credit card holder at this time.
DAMAGE CLAIMS:
All orders are personally picked, inspected, and carefully packed before being shipped by the USPS unless otherwise noted. If damage occurs, it more than likely happens during the shipping process. If you find that your product(s) is/are damaged, please notify us for further instructions. If you have any questions regarding shipping and/or damages, please contact us for assistance.
LOST PACKAGES:
If you don't receive your order when you think you should, please first check with your post office to see if they are holding it. If your package is not there and doesn't show up, please contact us for tracking information. Please note: we will not be responsible for covering losses on any lost or stolen packages that have been left, in your absence, at your residence or business at your request. Please note: Although the USPS gives an approximate delivery time for packages, this is only an approximation and NOT a guarantee. Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances that may arise on their end and beyond their control. We will not give refunds on lost packages until they are returned back to us.
RETURNED PACKAGES:
If a package comes back to us, we will email to inform you. If it was returned because of an error on our part, we will ship it back to you at no extra charge. If it was returned due to an error on your part, and if you still would like to receive it, you will be responsible for the extra shipping costs. If you no longer want the package, the purchase price of the item will be refunded, but the shipping costs will not. If we cannot get ahold of you by email, then we will hold your package until you reach us, up until 30 days.
